Postpartum Rest Services
The postpartum period is a time for healing, recovery, and adjusting to life with your new baby—but too often, parents put their own needs last. KoKo Doula Company's Postpartum Rest Services are designed to give you the opportunity to rest while knowing your baby is receiving attentive, loving care.
Whether you need to catch up on sleep, take a shower, enjoy a quiet meal, attend an appointment, or simply have a moment to breathe, our experienced postpartum doulas are here to help. We provide compassionate, non-medical support that allows you to focus on your physical and emotional recovery while we care for your newborn and assist with light household tasks.
Your visit may include:
Newborn care while you rest
Feeding support and infant soothing
Light housekeeping and baby laundry
Bottle washing and meal preparation
Emotional support and encouragement
Help establishing newborn routines
Rate: $60 per hour (2-hour minimum)
